Frequently Asked Questions

Will I pay sales tax on my order?

 

Texas state sales tax is charged at a rate of 8.25% for any wreaths shipped to a Texas address. If you are outside of Texas, Texas sales tax will not apply. 

 

 

Can I place a custom order?

 

Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of $50, due within 24 hours, before I will begin work on your order. Once the wreath is completed, I will send you a picture of any final changes before a Final Invoice is sent.

 

Once full payment is received, the wreath will be shipped.

Custom orders are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom wreath in less than 7 days, an additional $20 fee will be applied to expedite your order. This is due to the rearranging of my schedule and production to get your wreath to you on time.

 

 

How are wreaths shipped?

 

All wreaths are shipped USPS Priority or Ground. I also offer Federal Express (FedEx) delivery and local pickup. Those options are also available during checkout.

 

I typically use a box size of 24x24x6. The weight runs between 4-6 pounds.

 

 

How can I check a status of my order?

 

Please allow 2 weeks from the time of your order until the time of shipping. I will be happy to email a picture of the wreath when completed, if requested. If the wreath project runs over the 2 week period (i.e. if the client wants a certain sign or type of floral that will require a special order), I will email a notification of the delay. 

 

 

Are Shipping charges for Shipping and Handling? 

 

This includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can invoice you separately.

 

  

When are wreaths shipped?

 

Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, Monday through Friday.

Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud. Please double check your information before purchasing.

Custom Wreaths by Rosemarie is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

 

 

What is the refund policy?

 

All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact me within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in its original box and exchange it for another of equal value.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Payment is accepted via PayPal by using a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal.com to securely complete your transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Simply pay as a guest during checkout.
